I have doubts when it comes to choosing, do you advise me?

Of course! You have two ways:

1- You can call us at +34609189307 from 10:00 to 18:00 hours from Monday to Friday.

2- Send us an email to info@eduardorivera.es and give us your contact information (name, phone number and if you want you can give us information about what you need), so we will call you with proposals ready to advise you on what you need, whether it is information on sizes, the collection, specific garments ...

What are the delivery times and shipping costs?

Delivery time and shipping costs will vary depending on the type of shipment. You can choose between home delivery or pick up at one of our stores in Madrid, Barcelona or the Basque Country.

**Delivery times are estimates, sometimes the time may be shorter
* Store pickups may take more days than a regular postal delivery because they are handled by our internal transfers during the week.

If orders are placed after 4pm, weekends or holidays, delivery will be delayed by 1 additional day.

For your follow-up, you will be informed about the status of your order, when it is in preparation or leaves with the delivery. Please include us in your address book to avoid SPAM.

OUTLET, SALE or SPECIAL DAYS orders may be affected in the delivery time and may take a few days longer than usual.

Can I request in-store pick up?

Yes, you can request pick up at any of our stores in Madrid, Barcelona and the Basque Country. We will inform you via email when you can pick up your order.

How can I pay for my purchases?

You can pay by credit card, Paypal, Bizum and bank transfer.

How can I buy by bank transfer?

You must send an email to info@eduardorivera.es indicating:

-NAME AND PHONE NUMBER

-WHAT GARMENTS YOU WANT TO BUY

-SIZES

-UNITS

-STORE PICK UP OR HOME DELIVERY AND ADDRESS

I have a store VOUCHER, can I use it online?

Yes, you must first contact us by e-mail at info@eduardorivera.es to provide us with a series of information:

-VOUCHER NUMBER

-AMOUNT AND DATE OF THE VOUCHER

-NAME ASSOCIATED WITH THE VOUCHER

-TELEPHONE

With this information we will delete your store VOUCHER and create an online COUPON in your name that you can use as many times as you want, until the voucher amount is used up.

Important! Once the online COUPON has been created, it cannot be used again as a store VOUCHER. Keep this in mind!

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Currently it is not possible to cancel or modify your order from the web once the purchase process is finished, but you can contact us at info@eduardorivera.es and we will help you with whatever you need.

The items received are incorrect or have a defect, what do I do?

If you have received an item with a defect or different from the one you purchased, we will refund the items and the shipping costs as soon as we receive them in our warehouses and verify the condition of the garments.

To process the return, it is essential that you contact us via email info@eduardorivera.es

I want to buy shoes on the web:

If you are going to buy any multi-brand footwear, and you do not know the brand, we recommend you contact us first. If you know the brand, our advice is to buy your usual size that you use with that brand.

If you buy Elisa Rivera shoes our sizing is the standard Spanish size.


SHIPPING


Is shipping free?

Our shipping costs are free on purchases over 100€ for the peninsula (Spain) and Portugal.

Other destinations the total will be shown in the purchase process.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES


Can I return earrings?

For hygienic reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns of earrings.

Can I return a perfume/fragrance?

Perfumes or fragrances can only be returned if they are still sealed and in their original packaging.

Can I return an online order?

You have two ways, through the physical store (free of charge) or through our website (with cost). Returns, regardless of the point from where they are managed, will be made by the same payment method that was selected: card, Paypal or Bizum.

All returns for dissatisfaction or wrong size that are managed via web (not in store) will be charged to the customer (7 € shipping cost Spain only peninsula and Portugal. Other destinations will have to consult the price of this management).

For returns via web you must contact us by email (info@eduardorivera.es) and we will tell you where to send the garment(s).

Once we receive the garment(s) we will refund you using the same method of payment that was used in the purchase.

The return period for online purchases is one month from the date of purchase.

We will take into account possible delays on our part or that of the courier when assessing these deadlines.

Can I change the size of an online order?

All size changes of collection products can be managed through the website or in store. In both cases, you must first contact us through the mail info@eduardorivera.es to tell us the incidence and choose the way of change.

If it is in store you must tell us what new size you need and we will provide you in which store you have it to make an appointment.

If it is online, it has a cost of 7€ (peninsula and Portugal). If you want to make the change from another point that is not the Spain (Peninsula) you must consult the cost for the management in concept of sending the garment to change.

The terms of changes for online purchases are one month from the date of purchase.

We will take into account possible delays on our part or the courier when assessing these deadlines.

I bought outlet items, can I return or exchange them?

OUTLET products do not admit monetary returns. OUTLET returns will only be made by means of a voucher for online use for the amount paid. The customer must bear the cost of return (*) of the items to be returned.

Only the monetary amount of the garment will be refunded for reasons of tare (**).

*The cost of return will vary depending on the point from where the product has to be sent. Consult with our e-commerce department through the mail: info@eduardorivera.es

**All garments are checked one by one before activating the outlet and prior to shipment to assess their condition and avoid incidents due to tare.

OUTLET products allow size changes according to availability of the garment, accessory or footwear. For this type of items we can not ensure to have stock of the desired size. In case of size change, the customer must bear the cost of return and shipping (*) of the new garment. 

*The costs of returning the garment and shipping the new product will be borne by the customer. These costs will vary depending on the point from where the product has to be sent/shipped. Consult the costs with our e-commerce department through the mail: info@eduardorivera.es




GIFTS


I want to make a gift, do you have a GIFT CARD?

Yes, you can find it in the general menu of the page as GIFT CARD.

You have different amounts available, from 50€ to 300€.

The card is sent by email to the person you indicate, for this we will need:
